Home Care
Medical visits, rehabilitation and trained carers at home, arranged after an assessment of what you or your loved one needs.
Some care is better at home. We start with an assessment of what you or your loved one needs, then agree a plan: home medical visits, rehabilitation sessions, or a live-in or live-out carer. Your pharmacist keeps the medicines organised so everyone caring for the person is working from the same list.
