Mental Health Support

Talk privately with a licensed mental health professional about stress, low mood, anxiety or grief, and join a guided support programme.

Asking for help should not feel difficult. Speak privately with a licensed mental health professional by video, voice or chat, and join a support programme if you need more than one conversation. If you take or are starting medicine for your mental health, your pharmacist can explain it and follow up on how it is going.

What’s included

  • Private video, voice or chat sessions
  • Support programmes for depression and postnatal depression
  • Pharmacist support with any medicines you take
  • Referral when you need more specialist care

Support programmes

Depression support

One-to-one sessions and regular check-ins for low mood, feeling hopeless or losing interest in things, with pharmacist support for any medicines you take.

Postnatal depression support

For mothers struggling with their mood during pregnancy or after birth, including a pharmacist check on which medicines are safe while breastfeeding.

Your plan and price

You get clear advice and next steps, and we confirm any plan and price before you pay.

4
