What we collect
We collect only the minimum information needed to notify you about availability or to deliver care:
- Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, preferred contact method).
- Information about the support you’re interested in.
- For pharmacists: professional registration details used for credential verification.
- For app users: the medication, reading and appointment information you choose to record.
How we use it
To contact you about the pilot, to verify pharmacist credentials, and, once care begins, to deliver pharmacist services you request. We do not sell health or contact records to advertisers or data brokers.
How it’s protected
Information is stored in encrypted systems with role-restricted access. Clinical information is only visible to the pharmacists involved in your care and, with your consent, your doctor.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information at any time, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Email hello@getpharmaid.co with the subject “Privacy request”.
