Draft for the pilot phase. Have this reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.
Not an emergency service
GetPharmAid is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call local emergency services immediately or visit the nearest hospital emergency room. Pharmacist consultations are complementary and do not substitute for in-person physician diagnoses.
Scope of pharmacist services
GetPharmAid pharmacists provide medication guidance, reviews, adherence support and counselling. They do not diagnose acute illness or issue initial prescriptions. Where a concern requires a doctor, we will refer you.
Pilot availability
During the pilot, services are offered to a limited cohort. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place or a specific start date.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your medicines and health.
- Continue to follow the advice of your doctor.
- Only manage another person’s medicines with their consent.
